The word "thrive" comes from an Old Norse root meaning "to grasp"—a reminder that flourishing is not passive.
It's an intentional, sacred act of taking hold of your life, your healing, and your purpose.
My coaching practice is built on this truth: that you are not here merely
to survive, but to awaken to your purpose, grow through what you've
lived, and reclaim the peace and clarity already within you.
Thriving is both a return and a rising. It is remembering who you are,
and stepping boldly into who you're becoming.
I see healing as an art, subtle, layered, and unique to every person.
While science and structure guide us, it's intuition, presence, and lived experience that make the work whole.

About Me
Hi, I’m Laura, a Wellness Coach with certifications as a health and life coach, menopause coaching specialist and Certified HeartMath® Coach with BA in psychology and over 25 years in corporate human resources working with employees and their families in high stress situations.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve navigated fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, adrenal challenges, and perimenopause while raising a family and maintaining a demanding career. These experiences taught me that I didn’t want to simply get by. I wanted to thrive. I learned to listen to my body, mind and spirit to rebuild energy in small, doable ways, and redefine what wellness meant for me.
Along the way, I discovered a common thread behind every symptom and setback: the nervous system. The nervous system shapes mood, sleep, digestion, pain, focus, and how we show up in the world. When we’re stuck in “fight, flight, or freeze,” true well-being becomes difficult to access. I learned to reframe things, let go of unhelpful patterns and change my thoughts —and that has changed my perspective. Now I help others find their way back to themselves.
I had to find my way through these challenges the hard way, but you don’t have to!
My Mission
My mission is to support women and offer a grounded, compassionate path toward well-being that truly fits their life. I will help you determine realistic goals, understand what your body and nervous system are communicating, recognize what’s helping and what’s hindering you, and move forward without the pressure to push harder or hold everything together alone.
A core part of this work is building simple, sustainable habits and creating a foundation that supports your physical, emotional, and daily life—so you can move through your days with more clarity, steadiness, and resilience.

Reset & Rebalance is a gentle, structured beginning for women who want real, lasting change in their health and well being: body, mind, and spirit.
Over 12 sessions, we focus on what matters most: helping your body feel safe, building steady habits, and creating a clear path forward that aligns with your life, needs, and values.
Together, we create a personalized well-being roadmap and work to build change that is sustainable not overwhelming. We’ll strengthen core nutrition and lifestyle foundations, explore the beliefs that shape your choices, and develop habits that support true stability.
By the end, you’ll have less overwhelm, more clarity, and a repeatable rhythm of habits you can grow with long after our time together. Reset & Rebalance isn’t the finish line, it’s the grounded start that makes lasting change possible.
Balanced Living Session
A Balanced Living Session offers a supportive, judgment-free space to gain clarity and focus on the priorities that will help you start to thrive.
The Balanced Living Session is a focused, one-time session for anyone who could use grounded support without committing to a longer program.
Together, we’ll explore what’s currently affecting your well-being. Whether it’s stress, symptoms, habits, mindset, or life changes, working together, we will identify what deserves your attention most right now.
You’ll leave with 1–3 personalized next steps that feel realistic for your life, along with suggestions to support balance in your daily routines. This session is a compassionate, practical space to get unstuck and take a thoughtful step forward.
Heart & Nervous System Reset
A 6-session HeartMath® journey for stress relief, inner steadiness, and compassionate resilience.
Heart & Nervous System Reset is a focused series designed to help you build personal resilience. Using the proven practices of HeartMath® from the HeartMath® Institute, we’ll work with the heart and central nervous system to reduce emotional overwhelm, calm reactivity, and create a deeper sense of internal safety. This reset isn’t about bypassing feelings. It’s about learning practical tools that support your physiology so the heart has room to influence how you respond, connect, rest, and make decisions.
Across six sessions, you’ll learn simple techniques to regulate stress in real time, not just during the session. You will develop heart coherence, build emotional capacity, and practice short, repeatable skills that make peace more accessible.
This reset gives you a repeatable HeartMath® practice you can continue on your own, allowing you to breathe, pause, feel, and choose more freely.
Caring for Your Inner Child

An 8-week journey in building emotional safety, compassion, and self-trust in a small group setting.
Caring for Your Inner Child is a gentle, supported 8 session experience for adults who carry emotional pain from unmet needs in childhood. Instead of revisiting painful stories, we focus on present-day self-compassion and nervous system support creating the safety that may not have been available to you earlier in life.
Together in a small-group setting, we explore the beliefs and protective patterns that once helped you survive but now feel limiting or self-critical. You’ll learn how to offer steadiness and understanding to the younger part of you that still longs to feel seen and protected.
As you practice caring for yourself in this way, anxiety softens, self-judgment loosens, and a new sense of safety and worth begins to take root, not because the past changes, but because you are no longer facing it in the context of a child.
